The first thing you must always do immediately after you import your CPT data into CPeT-IT is to set the axes scales on the plots, specifically the Y axis. By default all plots have set the axis scale to automatic which does not help on the overall appearance. More ever, plots on the various add-on modules look at the Corrected Cone Resistance, qt plot and use the axes scales of that plot but when the Y axis scale is set to automatic, the software has a small difficulty to present some plots correctly although data are available (plots look like they are empty).
To set the axes scales is very easy as described here. For the Y axis scale just click on any plot Y axis, set the desired minimum and maximum values, check the Apply to all plots option and click OK, that’s it!
