In order to complete your online software license order with share-it! you will be asked for a Hardware ID. The Hardware ID (HWID) is a set of numbers and letters (capital letters only) that uniquely identify your computer to any of our software. The HWID is made out of eighteen (18) characters e.g. 098H52ST479QE053V2 and it is used to unlock (register) our software in your computer.

In order to obtain your unique Hardware ID you first need to download and install the latest trial for the software on your computer, then run the trial and you will find the ID on the About dialog box that pops up. All software programs share the same Hardware ID on a single computer so you do not need to run all of the trial versions in case for example you are ordering a bundle package.
